With their support, agents can focus on what they do best, close deals!  My name is Jennifer Prewett, I have been a licensed Realtor since 2015 and a member of Atlanta Communities since 2018.  I have a degree in Marketing and Education from Kennesaw State University. Before my career as a Realtor I was a teacher for ten years. My years of experience as a realtor have provided me with a thorough understanding of the real estate process and the importance of deadlines. Transaction Management

With a clear understanding that every real estate transaction is unique. I will collaborate closely with the agent to ensure that all specific needs and requirements are met for each individual transaction, your satisfaction and success are my top priorities throughout the process.

Contract to close-Buyer/Seller - $350

  • Send Congratulations/Introduction Email to all parties within the transaction including contact information and important dates

  • Send Earnest Money instructions to buyer

  • Earnest Money confirmation sent to all parties once received

  • Review contract for accuracy and obtain missing documents and/or signatures

  • Submit contractual documents to your broker's office

  • Send all necessary documents to lender and attorney

  • Assist in drafting amendments or exhibits and obtaining signatures

  • Monitor timelines and provide any reminders

  • Schedule home inspection with your preferred inspector 

  • Track loan and appraisal status and update as needed

  • Verify Clear to Close with the lender

  • Verify attorney and lender have all amendments

  • Request Settlement Statement and send to you

  • Verify your broker has all required documents

  • Gather utility information

  • Complete commission agreement and send signed copy to closing attorney

  • Coordinate and schedule closing with all parties

  • Send Disbursement Authorization (pay at close) to closing attorney

  • Close out transaction in MLS

  • *Agent will handle the home inspection negotiations and Amendment to Request Repairs*
